If you're a new customer at ACRL, please start by filling out a New Customer Profile. This form helps us understand you, your business, and your target markets. It guides our R&D team in creating formulations suited to your needs—whether that involves avoiding restricted ingredients in specific countries or suggesting trending ingredients to help your product stand out.

To start formulating a product, you’ll need to submit a New Product Profile (NPP) for each one. The NPP outlines key details and helps our R&D team understand your vision.
The more thought and detail you provide, the closer the lab samples will be to your ideal product.

Once you’ve reviewed the ACRL submission, complete the Sample Feedback Form.
